FURTHER PRICING INFORMATION

​

• Day boarding from 9am - 430pm subject to availability - We require 100% of the boarding prior to arrival. This is non-refundable and non-transferable

• A 25% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit (minimum £20 deposit) will be required to secure your dates which is payable within 7 days of booking. If no deposit is paid within this time, your booking will be removed from our diary.

• For any bookings over 4 weeks, a 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required within 7 days of booking

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

• I understand my pet needs to be fully vaccinated to board at Springfield Kennels & Cattery and I will provide evidence of this prior to boarding

• I understand that it’s at my own risk if I choose not to vaccinate against kennel cough (dogs only)

• I confirm that my pet(s) are fully vaccinated, and I will provide proof of this prior to boarding. I understand my pet(s) cannot board without vaccinations due to licensing stipulations and agree to pay the full boarding fee if I cannot provide this information to Springfield Kennels & Cattery on the day of arrival

• I understand that whilst every care will be given to my animal(s) they are boarded at my own risk

• I authorise Springfield Kennels & Cattery to call a veterinary surgeon of their choosing on my behalf should they feel necessary

• I agree to pay any veterinary costs incurred whilst in the care of Springfield Boarding Kennels & Cattery and after the boarding period ends

• I agree to Springfield Kennels & Cattery to re-home any animal which is not collected 7 days after the stated departure date if he/she has not been collected

• I agree for my dog(s) to have a free run (without a lead) in the paddock whilst being aware and making it my choice to accept full responsibility in the event of an escape over the paddock fence

• I agree to my pets boarding at Springfield Kennels & Cattery to share accommodation and if for any reason there is a need to separate them, the additional boarding fees will be paid for

• I understand all boarding fees are charged at a daily rate, inclusive of arrival & departure day

• If I collect my pet earlier than the agreed departure date, the full occupancy fee will still be charged

• If collection can't take place within the agreed check in/check out times, I agree to Springfield Kennels & Cattery keeping my pet(s) an additional night at the daily fee. If this is not possible for any reason given by Springfield Kennels & Cattery, I agree to an additional £25.00 fee being added to my total bill to cover additional staffing costs

• Any vet visits undertaken by Springfield Kennels & Cattery will be charged at £20.00 per journey

• I agree to photographs/videos of my pet being published on Springfield Kennels & Cattery social media pages without prior approval

• Springfield Kennels & Cattery will not be held responsible for any loss/damage of belongings

• I agree to my personal data being stored for sole use of Springfield Kennels & Cattery

• I understand any deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Any bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be payable in full in the event Springfield Kennels & Cattery cannot fill the dates
