FURTHER PRICING INFORMATION

 

• Day boarding is available at the daily rate within the opening times - we require 100% of the boarding fee for day boarding prior to arrival.This is non-refundable and non-transferable

• Prices include insurance, food & treats (if we do not stock the food you use, you are welcome to bring your own as a change of diet could cause illness which we can not be held responsible for)

• Medication administered at no extra cost - we no longer accept animals requiring injections

• All kennels/cattery accommodation are heated at no extra cost

• Payment by cash  only - to be paid upon arrival or collection (we do not have a card machine)

• A 25% or 50% in peak times non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required to secure your booking. A minimum deposit of £20 will be required.

 

HEALTH INFORMATION

 

• All pets boarding need to be up to date with their yearly vaccination boosters or have a valid titre test.  Please bring their card with you at the time of boarding as this will be checked. It is your responsibility to ensure your pets vaccinations are up to date prior to boarding. We cannot accept any animal not up to date with their vaccinations & you will still be charged the full boarding charge 

• All pets need to be up to date with worming & flea treatments (preferably a veterinary approved treatment as shop bought treatments arent always effective). There will be an extra charge if treatment is required

• We do NOT insist on Kennel Cough.  The reason being, the vaccination does not protect against all strains meaning that even if your dog has had the vaccination, he/she could still contract the kennel cough although it could be a milder strain. This is an airbourne virus so we cannot stop this from being brought into the kennels, therefore we cannot be  held responsible if your dog does contract kennel cough whilst staying with us.  If you decide to have the kennel cough vaccination, this would need to be given atleast 2 weeks prior to boarding. We advise you speak to your vet for further information

• It is your responsibility to advise of any issues or current/ongoing health problems at the time of booking. If medical care is required we will endeavor to contact your own vet but if this isn't possible we will use our own vets which are Filey Vets in Filey

 

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

As we are only a small kennels/cattery, we often turn customers away so if you need to cancel a booking we would appreciate more than 7 days notice in order to try and fill your space. Please see below for our cancellation terms:

 

• If cancellation takes place 7 days or less prior to your pets stay, 100% of the total cost will be payable. No further bookings will be taken until this payment has been made

• If your dog/cat is dropped off at a later date/collected before the booked departure date (within 7 days of arrival), the full occupancy fee will still be charged

 

DATA PROTECTION

 

To comply with licensing Laws, we need to keep a record of your contact details/emergency contacts in order to fulfil yout booking & in the event of any emergencies which may arise. We do log these details onto a safe system and wont share or provide any details to any other person except as required by law. We will discard any information about you in a confidential way. You can request to see all personal data we hold on you if required.
